Everything You Need to Know to Create a Successful Marketing Blog

So I’m sure most of you know by now what a blog is. A place you can write your thoughts and share your insights, leave your mark on the World Wide Web. And even better yet, it is a great marketing tool. But what does it take to create a successful blog? Yes it does require effort, but it’s easier than you think. You just need to learn the basics, and once you put them to work, you’ll see results quickly.

A blog is a personal creative exercise and if you keep it that way you’ll develop an audience quickly. No one wants to read a sales ad when they’re surfing through blogs. No, what they want is a good read. Bring your personality to your blog, be real with your readers, and keep the mood light.

Starting a blog is as easy as finding an online place to write as well as the time to do so. Don’t just jump into it without having a plan first. Think of a theme, what it is you’re going to write about, and stick to it. If your posts are scattered and random you won’t receive the targeted audience you’re looking for. The most important thing about your blog is the content, keep it fresh and update often. It doesn’t have to be daily; a more thought out insightful post will be more attractive than a sloppy quick post about nothing. Always have direction in your posts.

When writing in your blog, write clearly and simply. Too many big words can be hard to follow and may lose your readers interest. Use a spell check to make sure it is legible. Your readers will trust what you say if you say it well.
Consider various types of content, keep it interesting. Create links, upload images, and turn on user comments.

Once you’ve got your blog started it’s time to promote. Promoting your blog will get you the traffic you need to make it successful. If you don’t advertise there’s a very good chance you will never acquire any readers. And the great thing is you won’t even have to pay a cent. Word of mouth is an inexpensive way to get your name out there and leave your mark across the internet in forums, emails, resources boxes etc. The more people that see you and your link around, the more will be inclined to check out your blog.

It’s best to post your blog on a high traffic site. One of the top blogging sites on the web is www.blogger.com they offer several packages and a whole online community.

Using a site like www.webpasties.com will help keep your content fresh. It offers exciting content like polls, quizzes, and slideshows to name a few.

Once you have gained an audience you may want to begin responding to the comments left about your company or online presence. But before you do so, take a moment and practice these few steps.

  • Read and reread the comments to make sure you understand them before responding. Make sure you understand the tone as well as the words; you will feel silly if you respond angrily to a comment that was left in a teasing manner.

  • Stay clear and on topic. This will help largely in preventing misunderstandings that could turn into an all out name calling exchange.

  • Take a moment to calm down. If a certain negative comment gets you riled up, take a few minutes to calm down and really think about what you’re going to say if you do so choose to respond. A comment only takes a second to post, but will last a lifetime.

  • Decide how to respond. You can respond to a blog directly, through their blog commentary, or through your own blog. Keep in mind that when you respond to a blogger or commentary directly, that other readers that may have seen comments about your company may not read your comments. Your email or response may end up online eventually, possibly edited or cut from context. Responding via someone else’s blog gives you more control but still has you remaining on someone else’s space.

Commenting on your own blog gives you the most control and ensures that readers will come to your blog to read your comments. Of course you can choose not to respond at all.

Just like any other marketing strategy, once you create a blog to promote your business, you will need to keep track of your results. This will allow you to see how effectively blogging is working for you and what you may need to change to create a more successful blog. The first step in evaluating your blogs effectiveness is to do some market research. Ask your customers where they heard of you and why they chose you. Ask your customers and readers to rate your blog. The results may surprise you.

Depending on your blogging software you may be able to count how many people view your blog. This can be an important way to see how many people you’re reaching.

If your blog is not getting enough hits, try advertising your blog more through online groups, emails, and links. If you’re still not getting a response, you may need to make some changes in the content and style to lure more people in. And if after doing that you’re still not receiving the response you want, before throwing the towel in be sure you absolutely sure you have given your blog a chance. Realize it takes longer to build a solid, loyal audience with a blog than other forms of marketing. If you do build a regular audience though, the promotional potential of your blog will be outstanding. So what are you waiting for? Get blogging!

Is it Ethical to Fundraise for Profit Using Network Marketing?

With the economy the way it is, we all could use a little help. What if you could raise funds for the charity of your choice by recruiting associates while making a profit yourself? Is this ethical? I think that a starving or sick child wouldn’t really care if the money that is saving his/her life came from network marketing as long as it can provide help.

These types of home businesses are rare because they usually only benefit the business owners. But what if you could recruit associates and when the associates purchased a product a donation was created for charity? Would this not compel people to create more donations knowing that each time a donation was created they would profit too?

The plus is that the business was started to help charitable organizations thus eliminating the fear of being scammed and/or wasting your time with a business that won’t be around for long. And the feeling you get from helping others is one of the most amazing feelings ever, and that’s all topped off with a healthy balance in your bank account.

It really isn’t a lot of work either and can be done in your spare time. If you just do a little here and a little there it adds up quick and when you see the results it can become quite addicting. For myself, that first check that was cut to charity got me hooked and I could see my bank account getting fat fast. And all it took was showing other people how to do what I was showed how to do in the first place.

Since the main goal is to create donations and build large bank accounts everyone involved is on your team and will want to help you to succeed as much as they can. The fact that your success equals success for charities and the team members alike makes this type of business foolproof. You cannot lose if you simply follow the directions given to you in the beginning. All it takes it a little motivation and a bit of determination, if you have those two traits there is nothing that can hold you back.

There is no risk investing in this sort of business since a large part of your purchase is going to a charity and a part of it is going into the business that is working to help charities. Once you have purchased you have already done a good deed and by finding others willing to do good deeds too, it will in turn benefit you. It is all very satisfying.

An Amazing Way to Raise Funds for Charity with a Home Based Business

What is it that you would like to raise funds for? Maybe someone close to you is sick or has died from something and you want to do whatever you can to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Have you ever thought about a home business before? What about a home business that donates a large part of its profit to charities and to top it off donates to the charity of the associate’s choice?

It sounds brilliant if you ask me. Make money and help the charity of your choice. How rewarding is that? Being your own boss and deciding when to work and how to dress is the way to go. Working in the comfort of your own home can’t be beat. Take a break when you want. And the sky is the limit; work hard and you could make a lot of money, or work a little to supplement your income.

The plus of joining a business that donates its profits to charity is that it is a safe move. You also know you’re going to get all the help you need when starting simply because they are working for a good cause. Not only that, when you succeed so does everyone else in the business. Another plus is that you know this type of business will be around forever and you won’t be wasting your hard earned money and time.

The truth is that a lot of people join these businesses thinking they will get rich overnight without having to do much and that simply is not the case. I’m sure you have had to work for everything you have so far. Believe me when I tell you that there is no way you can achieve success if you don’t work for it. If anyone tells you any different I strongly recommend you run far away.

There are a couple things that will determine your success in any business and that is motivation and determination. If you have a strong drive and are determined to be successful there is nothing that can stand in your way. Like any business there are ups and downs and if you can pick yourself up and dust yourself off when you fall and learn from the mistakes you make success is just around the corner.

When it comes down to it with this type of business you can make a real difference in the world and all you have to do is spread the word. I don’t mean tell your friends and family or hold parties. What I mean by spread the word is writing articles like this, write press releases, submit videos to You Tube or you could use pay-per-click advertising which does cost a bit but is effective if you do it right and since your success is the success for charity and your associates, your associates are more than willing to teach you the methods that are working for them.

Even if you don’t follow through with the marketing after putting some money into a business like this you’re not losing anything since a large amount of your money goes directly to charity. For me that in itself is very satisfying however bettering my life at the same time is the icing on the cake. Since I have started doing this I feel a wonderful fulfillment and have filled a void in my life.

How To Avoid The 3 Most Common Affiliate Marketing Mistakes

Growing ever popular affiliate marketing has become the most effective and powerful method of making money online. Especially with today’s economy more and more people are looking for other ways to make money. Since these programs are easy to find and offer commissions on a regular basis, the attraction of working at home running a lucrative business is hard to resist.

However, just like any business, there are lots of ups and downs in the affiliate marketing business. There are a few mistakes that could cost your dearly. I would say its better to learn them the easy way rather than the hard way. Which is why you are reading this right?

1: Choosing the wrong program.

A lot of people want to start making money right away and in their sleep. The “I want it now” mentality leads them to picking a bandwagon product. These products are considered “hot sellers”. The thing is you want to make sure the product or incentive appeals to you, as well is a hot seller. It’s better to believe in what you’re selling.
Before you just go and join any product or service you should take some time and think about what you’re going to do next, set a goal. Find a few products and do some research on the ones that interest you the most. Make sure you are passionate about it. Promoting for what you believe in is easier than promoting just for money.

2: Joining too many programs at once.

Programs are all over the place and easy to join. One might think the more I join the more I make. That is only partially true because even though it is a great way of creating multiple streams of income, you have to stop and think about it like this. In school what is the problem when there are too many students to teachers? The student suffers and can not reach their full potential.
The result is that your program will not reach its full potential and you won’t be making nearly the amount of money you were hoping. I find there is more success in joining a program that pays at least 30% commissions. Then do all you can and know of to promote it. Try and learn more about marketing…like you are right now. If a day goes by that you didn’t learn something new you’re doing something wrong.
It is better to find one program and work it to its full potential. At that point I would consider starting another project. Once the first one seems to be on auto pilot and only needs a little work to keep it up to its fullest potential is it a good idea to make more work for your self.
Taking baby steps is the key here, slowly but surely. You don’t have to run through the process like a bull in a china shop. The rate affiliate marketing is growing there is no real need to rush. The future is looking very bright for affiliate marketing it is obvious that it will be around a long time.

3: Not test-driving the product or service.
Being an affiliate means your job is to effectively and above all else convincingly promote a product and service to potential customers and affiliates. In order for you to achieve this you have to really believe in what you’re selling. People are amazing at reading you and can tell if you truly believe in what you are selling. The fact is that if you are passionate about what you’re offering, your desire will become their desire.
I suggest trying the product or service offered before jumping right in to marketing it. See if you really believe in what is being sold. When you have done so, then you send a psychological message that there is credibility to what is being offered. Your customers will see this and feel safe and trust you and this will trigger them to try what you are offering.
Many marketers start off making these 3 mistakes and give up a few moths later thinking it is impossible to be an affiliate. All it takes is to do a bit of research such as you are now and learn what is working and what isn’t. Learn the mistakes without making them.
The number 1 thing I want you to take from this is that by taking your time, planning out your actions and mapping out your path to success, you will be able to reach your full potential and earn higher profits.

5 Ways To Make Money Online

These descriptions are vague, for more details go to http://deliveranceproject.org/dpforum2

Ebay:

Ebay is really easy to use. You can sell just about anything on ebay. You can find companies that drop ship for you, so you would be an affiliate for them. Drop shipping is when a company has products at a discount price and you mark up the price. Once a sale is made on ebay you tell the company what product and where to ship it and they'll send it with your name and return address so the customer will never know it was from the company.

You do have to be careful of the companies you deal with. If they run out of the products you are selling your customers will be very upset and you ebay ranking will drop fast. Once you find a company that drop ships and is reliable all you have to do is start auctions and stores on ebay. You should do some research on products that are popular so that your not spending more money on the auctions that you are earning from your sales.

Click Bank:

Click Bank is a little more difficult simply because there are no customers searching for the products and you have to market them. The products are all digital in nature. If you want to be an affiliate you can simply sign up as a promoter and find a product to market and do some marketing. It is quite a bit more complicated than that though.

1st you want to sign up.

That is the easy part.

2nd you want to pick a product to market.

This should take some careful consideration. You want to pick a product that is not over sold or undersold. Over sold means you are going to be in competition with a lot of other affiliates. And under sold possibly means there is no market for the product. This is entirely up to you some are successful no mater what the gravity of the product is. Gravity is the amount a product is selling. I also suggest that you find products that earn you at least $25 a sale. Any less really is not worth your time. Go have a look at the pitch page/website and make sure you feel good about what you are trying to sell. If the page makes you want the product it probably is a good bet. Now you have to get your hop link code with your affiliate id in it, this is how your sales are tracked. Simply place the code in your blogs, sites and emails.

3rd market your product.

Now you have a product you want to market and your wondering how do you do that? There are many ways to go about it and I suggest using all of them. The first step you need to take is registering a domain name. You would register a domain name that is as close to the products domain as possible. Say if you are trying to market a product from computersoftware dot com You would want your domain to be something like bestcomputersoftware dot com. Then you want to mask the domain and forward it to the sales page. Masking it means your domain will be displayed in the address bar when people click you domain name. and forwarding means your domain will direct people that click your domain name to the sales page of the product your marketing.

Now you need to write a blog that tells people what a great product you have. Your blog is like a one page website that links to the product page. This is where you will place your code with the hop link.

Now, how to get people to your blog? This is the marketing part. Here is a list of things you can do.

1. Make videos about your product and submit to You Tube.

2. Write a press release and submit it to press release sites.

3. Answer people’s questions of the same topic on yahoo answers. Be sure that you answer is the best answer.

4. Post in forums and have a link to your site/blog in your signature. Be careful a lot of
people think of this as spam. Be sure not to violate any forums terms of use.

5. Leave comments on other people’s related blogs with a backlink to your site/blog.

6. Advertise your website in the appropriate category on CraigsList

7. Manually submit your blog/site to the major search engines. There are companies and programs that can do this for you at a price but we are trying to avoid paying for marketing.

8. Add a link in your email signature to your blog/site. It’s a free and easy way to get a little more traffic.

9. Have a "tell-a-friend form" on your blog/site.

10. Write quality ebooks on a related topic and place your ad at the top and bottom of it and give it away free. This is called viral marketing.

11. Use a autoresponder or email campaign to keep people coming back to your site.

12. Start lots of lenses on squidoo. You can actually make money from other adds on the site.

Adsense:

Sign up to Google’s Adsense follow the steps to getting html code for the ads to place on your websites and blogs, anywhere you can post html. Now you need to make a lot of quality content sites that draw lots of traffic using the methods mentioned b4. Simply place the ads on your sites and blogs and when visitors click the ads you make money. To earn a good income you need a lot of sites and blogs and this takes a couple of years to achieve. If you are dedicated you can make a substantial income. And as long as your sites are drawing traffic your making money.

Cafe Press:

Cafe Press is easy. They have tons of products from clothes to mouse pads. All you do is start a store with Cafe Press, add a logo for your products, choose which products you want your logo on and market them with the marketing tips shown above.

Start Your Own Business:

Come up with a great idea that will get people to want to spend money, make a website all about it and market it. It’s a lot harder than you think. But if your dedicated and put 110% into the project it will succeed.

Make Lots of Money Saving the World

I spent most of my life working hard just to make ends meat dreaming of cracking the "six figure income mark" one day. But my JOB consumed my life. I really missed my family - I was stuck. I wanted more income from less work.

Then I realized the only way to achieve my goal was to do something about it and a home based business seemed the best way to go about it and I started this project. It was a lot of hard work getting it started and I’m willing to share all that I have learned with you at no cost. The people I have taken under my wing are bringing a huge income within a few months.

In the beginning my wife Sash was getting upset with me because I was working as a tow truck driver and running this business staying up all night sometimes to get this business off the ground. But when that first check came in she realized the potential and had jumped right in working hard, even harder than my self.

She also saw how much money was being donated to charities and wanted to start organizing non-profit fund raisers as well. After all that’s what this project is really about. Make Money Online Work at Home Business

Gotta love money. How do you make money? Is it given to you? Or do you work hard for your money. Do you have enough of it? Is it even possible to have enough?

Money is the one thing you can't buy in this life. Believe me if you could I would buy it all. It doesn't grow on trees and Niagara doesn't flow with it. so where does it come from? Hard work? Well yes and no. I worked very, very hard most of my life. Yet I always struggled. So what was missing? Smarts were missing. You have to be smart and work hard at something that makes lots of money you see.

I drove tow truck for many years and that is an industry that never sleeps. A truck wreck on the highway could take several hours to clean up and if it took you till 8 in the morning to clean up, you had to work the next day with no sleep. It was so exhausting and I needed out. My family missed me. Sure I got every other weekend with them but the problem was that even as hard as I worked I couldn't keep up with the bills let alone do anything fun with them on my time off.

I would end up towing the nicest vehicles; Cadillac Escalaides, Porche 911 Turbos, and
Corvettes. As exciting as it was to do it's nowhere near as fun as it is to drive them. One day I asked my self out loud, 'How in the hell do these guys afford this?'
A co-worker said, "Probably a computer geek."
"Your probably right," I said.

I did some research and realized you could sell other peoples products online as an affiliate and earn a commission. So I started at that and in a day I made my first sale. I was so excited of what the future would bring that I danced around the house. But then days and days passed and no more sales came my way.

I decided to do some more research and I found that there is a ton of money in making ads and posting other peoples ads. Everyone with a computer clicks their mouse I just had to get them to click ads on my website and I would make money. So now the ads on my site were generating money every time someone clicked them. And the money started to trickle in, my sales started to increase due to the extra traffic to my website.

I then thought, 'What if I had more websites? I would make more money because I would have more room for ads, I could sell more product and I could link all my sites together.'

So now this is what I do for money... What is it you do for money and is it worth your valuable time and energy? Remember life is short.
